ABOUT Julia Stanescu:

I love, I live and I breath all aspects of Beauty, Fashion & Fashion Illustration. This is the reason that I decided to follow up my biggest passion for fashion.

I ’ve learned to draw alone, without attending any university courses, using only information from the internet, books, and from other fashion illustrators experiences that inspired me a lot through their artwork.

My creativity has improved day by day and most of all, I have managed to make a lot of people happy with my creations, which is wonderful.

ABOUT THIS BLOG:

There were hundreds of worldwide fashion illustrators that inspired me through their creations. Fashionarium firstly started as a tumblr blog with posts about all those fashion illustrations that inspired me every day, and interviews with them. Somehow this was my way to say thank you to all talented illustrators for creating such an awesome artwork.

Since then, I’ve received a lot of questions from people with the same passions like me, about fashion design and fashion illustration career: from how to draw or how to create a fashion collection, to where to look for job opportunities or what courses or University to attend to achieve the fashion dream.

I’ve realized that, there are millions of talented and creative people with fashion design/illustration ambitions, visions and passions. Then I launched the Fashion Illustration Exposed Book and rebranded Design Your Fashion into Fashionarium to be the fashion learning resource to go for A Fresh Mix of Contemporary Fashion Illustration | Design | Photography | Art | Beauty |

The Book Is tailor made for fashion illustrators or simply passionates. You’ll explore different approaches to finding ideas, coloring, sketching, mixing media and other aspects related to illustrating fashion. It’s all about people and their uniqueness.

Hoping to provide some answers to the questions we all are asking most often where I’ve posted by topic, interviews, guest posts of experienced fashion illustrators/designers, useful books or tutorials on fashion industry, articles on how to design your clothes or simply inspiring fashion illustrations.
