How do designers relax and de-stress in the run-up to and after their shows?

Have you ever asked how do designers relax and de-stress in the run-up to and after their shows? Several LFW designers shared their techniques…
Felder Felder: ‘7:00 AM Jivamukti yoga classes!’
Henry Holland: ‘I watch Modern Family in bed every night to take my mind off the collection!’
Paul Smith: ‘It was a real honour to be asked to work on some ideas for director Tomas Alfredson for his new movie, Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy. I read the script and started to think about the mood of the film, possible colours, photography, techniques etc. I had never really done anything like this before so I wasn’t sure exactly what I was doing but I’m pleased to say he was very happy with what I presented to him. I have just seen the film and I think it is fantastic.’
Ann-Sofie Back: ‘Walk my dog.’
Matthew Williamson: ‘On the lead up to fashion week I relish precious moments in the sanctuary of my own home and if I’m brutally honest I tend to spend my free time watching mindless television. I’m really enjoying the Great British Bake-Off at the moment!’
Marios Schwab: ‘The Lady from Shanghai film and The Island by Victoria Hislop film.’
Julien Macdonald: ‘I love running away to the Elemis spa just around the corner from my house and going for a speedy facial and a foot rub that completely revives me from the stress of it all.’
